压力传感器容易出现的故障主要有以下几种:
***种是压力上去,变送器输也上不去。此种情况,先应检查压力接口是否漏气或者被堵住,如果确认不是,检查接线方式和检查电源,如电源正常则进行简单加压看输出是否变化,或者察看传感器零位是否有输出,若无变化则传感器已损坏,可能是仪表损坏或者整个系统的其他环节的问题;
***种是加压变送器输出不变化,再加压变送器输出突然变化,泄压变送器零位回不去,很有可能是压力传感器密封圈的问题。常见的是由于密封圈规格原因,传感器拧紧之后密封圈被压缩到传感器引压口里面堵塞传感器,加压时压力介质进不去,但在压力大时突然冲开密封圈,压力传感器受到压力而变化。排除这种故障的方法是将传感器卸下,直接察看零位是否正常,若零位正常可更换密封圈再试;

The main faults of pressure sensor are as follows:
The first is that the pressure goes up, and the transmitter cannot go up. In this case, first check whether the pressure interface leaks or is blocked. If it is confirmed that it is not, check the wiring method and check the power supply. If the power supply is normal, simply pressurize to see whether the output changes, or check whether the zero position of the sensor has output. If there is no change, the sensor has been damaged, which may be the problem of instrument damage or other links of the whole system;
The second is that the output of the pressurized transmitter does not change, and then the output of the pressurized transmitter suddenly changes, and the zero position of the pressure relief transmitter cannot return, which is likely to be the problem of the sealing ring of the pressure sensor. It is common that due to the specification of the sealing ring, after the sensor is tightened, the sealing ring is compressed into the pressure port of the sensor to block the sensor. When pressurized, the pressure medium cannot enter, but when the pressure is high, the sealing ring is suddenly rushed away, and the pressure sensor changes under pressure. The best way to eliminate this fault is to remove the sensor and directly check whether the zero position is normal. If the zero position is normal, replace the sealing ring and try again;
